November 6 · Complete historical election results by race
The election results reader now retains 961 distinct contest/stage records, 2,659 candidate observations and 2,745 ballot lines from the reviewed 2022 FEC and 2024 House Clerk general-election publications. Opponents and candidates without a matched FEC identifier remain present. All 483 explicit FEC totals and 83 Clerk state recap transcription checks reconcile; subtotals, fusion party lines, runoff rounds, full and unexpired terms, and unknown unopposed counts remain distinct. Original source downloads match their retained checksums. Independent live review verified native selection, same-contest comparison, nominees, election authorities and exact campaign identity paths on desktop and phone. C7 reaches 100 under the original official-results task; this does not claim complete questionnaires, primaries, separate special-election appendices or certified 2026 returns. Overall: 88.6/100. Public activation remains unverified, and the 95+ goal continues.

November 6 · Actual social posts and videos on member profiles
Every member profile now has a separate Posts & videos section with selection-only platform, period and view ordering. Checks of 732 identified accounts across 539 serving members retained 3,344 YouTube videos and 5 office-rendered own-account X posts for 225 members, with 672 verified local thumbnails. Empty and failed sources remain explicit; Facebook and Instagram remain account links. Original publication dates, dated view snapshots and office-page provenance are preserved. Independent source replay and all-member reader checks passed, along with 624 Python tests and live desktop/phone browser checks. The unchanged benchmark remains 86.4/100; this profile improvement does not satisfy the outstanding campaign, election, public delivery and deployment gates.
November 6 · Persistent legislative follow feeds and project-local browser checks
The native follow reader now retains 608,760 dated entries from 40,740 verified bill and roll sources, with exact member/topic selections, source revisions, fixed-generation archive pages, RSS and OPML. The first source refresh published 100 changed bills; 1,530 queued bills and 15 archive families still need reconciliation, and that backlog remains visible. Source identity, restoration, removed-member notifications and archived selection behavior passed focused independent review. The actual local reader passed desktop, phone, no-JavaScript, feed agreement and accessibility checks. Browser test packages and executables now live inside this project. The benchmark remains 86.4/100: public delivery with the desktop closed and the full public service are still unverified.
November 5 · All-member profiles connect words and actions
The profile reader was verified across all 539 serving members, with exact-ID legislation relationships, separately attributed office and floor statements, dated original-source links, and selection-only topic/period/measure controls. The first office collection checked all 539 offices and retained 1,462 distinct updates and 344 policy-page excerpts; 124 failed office checks (100 Senate and 24 House) remain explicit gaps; public channels and available floor records remain accessible. No social popularity or motive is inferred. Desktop and phone browser checks and 576 Python tests passed. The benchmark remains 86.4/100: this improvement does not satisfy the outstanding campaign, election, alert and public-deployment gates.

November 5 · Member and topic follow options preserve research context
The official subscription guide now retains the selected member, Congress, policy area and saved search context. Native selection forms work without JavaScript; exact bill feed exports remain separate. Published Congress.gov instructions explain which member and policy filters still need selection on the official site. External account setup and final alert delivery were not verified, so C8 remains 75 and the overall score remains 86.4.

November 5 · Browse public records by selection across the application
Replaced citizen-facing text entry with source-backed lists, cards, map choices and native date calendars across the application. All 40 audited routes expose no editable text fields in the discovery flow. Homepage, directory, profile, bill, amendment, committee, budget, finance, historical-vote, speech, election and ethics readers preserve source identities and existing shared filters. Prepared office questions, follow-up note choices and selected-record check requests work without typing. Previously saved custom questions and private notes remain intact. Desktop and phone journeys, accessibility checks and independent review passed. The benchmark remains 86.4/100; this usability work does not by itself close the remaining data coverage, portable tracking and public-access gaps.

November 5 · Choose campaign records without typing
Candidate, committee, race and campaign-vendor research now has selection-only paths. Citizens can narrow source-backed name lists by state, chamber, current-member match, committee type and starting letter; choose a complete filtered seat and its candidates; and open an exact organization’s payments. The two-candidate comparison preserves the first selection. Oversized menus identify their limits, while pagination retains all records. The live vendor query for Nevada House District 2 improved from roughly eight seconds to 0.2 seconds without changing source amounts. All 533 Python tests and the affected desktop, touch, accessibility and original-filing browser flows passed. The benchmark remains 86.4/100 pending broader task improvements; selection-only work on the remaining pages continues.

November 5 · Inspect both chambers’ ethics records with dated, retained evidence
Lobbying and interests reaches 100 under the unchanged November 5 benchmark v1 after independent review of the running application. The Senate reader adds 46 catalog publications, with 23 retained indexed text copies alongside two original HTML publications. Separate matters, catalog and document dates, committee outcomes and jurisdictional closures remain distinct. Original Senate PDF downloads are unavailable; 22 indexed copies include every provider-returned line and one is explicitly partial. Nineteen annual-report bodies and three other bodies remain unresolved. These are publication counts, not case totals. Existing House ethics, personal-interest comparisons and exact-bill lobbying paths were also checked. Desktop, phone, no-JavaScript, source replay and accessibility checks pass. Overall: 86.4/100; the 95+ goal remains in progress.

November 5 · Trace district award actions to retained Treasury records
Budgets and spending reaches 100 under the unchanged November 5 benchmark v1 after independent testing of the live application. Citizens can trace version-specific CBO estimates and project awards, browse all five Treasury award categories by district, fiscal year and location, and open independently checked award profiles. Dated actions, award-wide obligations, outlays, loan face values and subsidies remain distinct. Saved result pages preserve their exact CSV and source receipts across source refreshes and parser improvements. Desktop, phone, no-JavaScript, accessibility, historical labels, aggregate identifiers and source-integrity checks pass. Treasury's changing pagination, 50,000-record search window, current-boundary geography and incomplete outlays remain explicit. Overall: 84.1/100; the 95+ goal remains in progress.

November 5 · Complete the amendment reading path with verified floor passages
Bills and amendments reaches 100 under the unchanged November 5 benchmark v1, following independent review of the live desktop and phone journeys. Search, actions, amendment relationships and edition comparisons now include 106 retained floor printings across 91 amendments and original-document routes for 140 Rules-reported amendments. Eight missing floor passages were recovered while preserving the 98 earlier printings. Two differing page citations remain explicitly explained. The resolution reader now includes the operative continuation under its separate source citation. All 484 Python tests and the affected desktop/mobile browser, accessibility and original-download checks pass. Discovery remains incomplete, some references open whole source documents, and very large comparisons have limited inline highlighting; these disclosed limits are evaluated against the same citizen-task standard as the benchmark peers. Overall: 81.8/100. The 95+ goal has not yet been reached.

November 5 · Open the original documents behind Rules-reported amendments
Bills and amendments (C2) remains 75 while eight investigated floor-printing cases still need reconciliation. The reader now provides verified source routes for all 140 Rules-reported amendments in the indexed collection, including eight previously unresolved cases found during floor-text research. Its 295 document bindings cover 40 committee prints, 32 House reports, 83 reported bills and 140 adopting resolutions; these are overlapping references, not 295 distinct amendments. Every immutable revision and current database binding was reconstructed from retained originals without errors. Whole documents and exact resolution sections are labeled separately, and the source chain preserves discrepancies in official descriptions. Page requests read local records; bounded daily preparation rotates through due checks without losing earlier evidence. The live desktop and phone flows passed source-link, exact download, local-reader, error-recovery and accessibility checks, alongside the existing amendment comparison flows. The Python suite passed 475 tests. The earlier 98 verified floor printings remain available. Overall remains 875 of 1,100 points, or 79.5/100.

November 5 · Read complete amendment printings and compare their wording
Bills and amendments (C2) remains 75; this release improves the reader without claiming comprehensive wording access yet. The local publication retains 98 source-verified printings across 83 amendments after inspecting 99 amendment records. An independent review exposed and verified fixes for source identity and cache lifecycle errors. Every retained printing was reconstructed from original bytes; 179 first, middle or last text-page checks and 98 complete downloads passed. The reader compares actual words separately from bill, parent and named-person context, preserves long printings without truncation, and reports unresolved or changed sources. Desktop and phone checks cover exact downloads, source conflicts, resuming bounded discovery and accessible controls. Six automated accessibility checks found no WCAG 2 A/AA or 2.1 AA violations in the tested states; this is not an accessibility certification. Sixteen investigated House cases remain unresolved, and 132 additional Rules-only cases need source routes through prints, reports, reported bill editions or resolution sections. Overall remains 875 of 1,100 points, or 79.5/100.

November 5 · Reassess historical breadth against the original peer standard
Historical coverage (C10) is reassessed from 75 to 100 using the unchanged peer standard, rather than requiring every collection to begin in the same year. This is an independent verification of the existing congressional voting archive, not a claim that older bills or financial records were newly imported. The retained Voteview edition covers 113,568 rolls, 26,321,922 positions and 12,635 people across all 238 Congress/chamber combinations, from May 16, 1789 through September 30, 2026. All three retained source files match their recorded sizes and checksums. Desktop and mobile reader journeys for 1789, 1964 and 2026 passed; paired-member counts match independent SQL and sampled source tallies. The methods guide now clearly separates this comprehensive voting period from other collections' shorter periods and identifies the publisher's exclusions. Overall: 875 of 1,100 points, or 79.5/100.

November 5 · Trace published coverage and issue classifications
Sources and methods (C9) rises from 75 to 100 under the unchanged benchmark. The Sources hub now reports 12 separately scoped published collections from current versions and local indexes, distinguishing the full archive from recent refresh samples and importer progress. Every issue vote, bill and project exposes the exact classification reason and its source; the no-JavaScript methods guide renders the same policy-area and title rules used by the classifier. An independent review traced representative source and derived claims, checked coverage and unknown-value semantics, and assessed the implemented guide against the original peer criteria. Existing member scores and matching rules are unchanged. Desktop and mobile verification includes failed-load recovery, delayed source-directory loading, all 50 source-directory entries and 100, rounded and Unrated cases. Overall: 850 of 1,100 points, or 77.3/100.

November 5 · Complete source-backed House and Senate roll readers
Recorded votes (C3) rises from 75 to 100 under the unchanged benchmark. The 119th Congress reader reconciles all 1,591 published House and Senate rolls in the current collection, covering 383,736 named positions. The Senate recovery restores 1,718 omitted positions, corrects 97 vote dates from the official calendar, and preserves three formal changes of vote with both the earlier printing and correction notice. Dated identity evidence distinguishes 104 serving or former senators, including same-surname successors; 13 Present positions and eleven short rosters remain explicit. Dated original metadata supplies 90,525 Senate party affiliations, while 963 incomplete entries remain unknown. Desktop and mobile checks cover individual positions, party and state filters, paired-roll comparisons, source links, and participation. Historical breadth and public availability remain separately scored in C10 and C11. Overall: 825 of 1,100 points, or 75.0/100.

November 5 · Follow House ethics statements and procedural outcomes
Lobbying and interests (C5) rises from 50 to 75. The new reader examines all 493 articles in the official House Ethics sitemap and displays all 39 statements published since January 3, 2025. An independent source audit checked every included publication date, title, named subject, linked document and procedural stage. Thirty subject mentions match 14 current or former House members; two mentions of a named staff subject remain unlinked. A referral, investigation, committee finding and recommended sanction are shown as distinct steps. The collection covers the House, with a separate Senate source link. Overall: 800 of 1,100 points, or 72.7/100.

November 5 · Follow official bill editions after closing the site
Tracking and follow-up (C8) rises from 50 to 75. Every one of the 39,141 indexed bill IDs from the 118th and 119th Congresses matches an official GovInfo catalog entry. An anonymous live sample for each of 16 Congress and bill-type combinations produced 23 matching edition packages. A feed reader imported the selected bills without depending on this installation. GovInfo covers text editions, while email alerts for other actions require the reader to enroll on Congress.gov when offered. Follow-up notes and other local watches still depend on the user’s device. Overall: 775 of 1,100 points, or 70.5/100.

November 5 · Trace federal awards by district and recipient
Budgets and spending (C6) rises from 50 to 75. Across 441 districts and FY2024–26, all 2,646 displayed net obligation amounts match the six official Treasury responses. An independent time-series query confirmed both location totals for Nevada’s 2nd District, Vermont and American Samoa, across three fiscal years. Readers can inspect dated grant actions and original awards without JavaScript. The example lists are limited to grants; net obligations are not payments, geography changes over time, and not every bill has a fiscal estimate. Overall: 750 of 1,100 points, or 68.2/100.

November 5 · Find the right office from a split ZIP
Find and contact (C1) rises from 75 to 100. All 441 House district boundaries match the roster; all 539 serving offices have a sourced phone, mailing address and official message route. Both vacancies have staffed interim office contacts. On desktop and mobile, the House reported two districts for ZIP 90012; the Census match for Los Angeles City Hall opened CA-34 and both California senators. An uncertain address leaves the district undecided. The downloadable guide works without JavaScript. This measures the ability to find and reach the office; it does not measure replies or guarantee a match for every street address. The overall score is 725 of 1,100 points, or 65.9/100.

November 5 · Every named position on 676 House rolls verified
The House ledger now matches all 292,248 named positions in the retained Clerk originals from January 3, 2025 through September 16, 2026. This restores 3,446 positions for 13 members who later left office. A second comparison checked the name IDs and recorded choices for all 676 rolls.
The Speaker election shows how the missing rows affected a reader: the earlier page displayed 422 names. It now shows all 434 ballots, including the single vote for Emmer. The recorded-votes score remains 75. Across the 915 Senate rolls, the Congressional Record names 91,487 positions and the local ledger currently contains 89,770. There are 1,717 positions still to reconcile.

November 5 · Eight Senate rolls recovered
All 1,591 official House and Senate roll identifiers in the 119th Congress inventories checked on November 5 now appear in the chamber archive. Eight recovered Senate rolls add 800 positions, each matched to the named printing, the Senate list and dated identity evidence. The July 1, 2025 votes link back to a June 30 legislative edition.
All 1,591 roll IDs are present. The local ledger contains 378,572 of the 383,661 named positions in the retained House files, Senate metadata and eight recovered printings. Checking 36 short Senate lists against their Congressional Record printings identified another 74 explicit positions. At least 5,163 named positions are still missing across the archive. Recorded votes (C3) remains at 75 and the overall score remains 63.6.

Readers can compare two historical voting records, check a member’s recorded position, and follow a verified chamber source where available. At this checkpoint the separate chamber archive still lacked eight Senate rolls listed by the 119th Congress inventories. The recorded-vote score remained at 75.
